At The Peer Space, we specialise in creating impactful events that empower business and community leaders through peer connections. Our mission is to build better communities by offering a range of engaging solutions, including connecting dinner spaces, collaborative spark and storm experiences, and experiential days.
Our Story
Our journey began in 2018 when Niall founded the original Exec Peer Space in Sofia, Bulgaria. Inspired by a transformative business dinner gathering in Bristol and his dedication to inclusive community support, Niall started his mission to create meaningful connections for the international business community.
Throughout 2018 and 2019, Niall led a speaker dinner series in Sofia, fostering collaboration and innovation. However, the landscape shifted in 2020, prompting us to transition to virtual gatherings, ensuring our community remained connected despite physical distance.
In 2021, The Peer Space officially incorporated in the UK marking a new chapter in our story. By late 2023, we had resumed hosting in-person speaker dinners, and introduced our highly regarded Good Vibrations local speaker dinners.
In early 2024, we expanded our offering with a 'done with you' themed dinner spaces service, further empowering our clients to create impactful events.
In the summer of 2024, we're thrilled to be launching The Dugout Dinners in London, continuing our tradition of fostering connection and growth within the international business community.
Our Founder
Niall Jones, a serial events entrepreneur, spearheaded the founding team at ideeter (Twitter for ideation) in the UK from 2014-20. His work included securing deals with global scale firms including a multi-billion-dollar consulting firm. He then ventured into Bulgaria, co-founding the one60 (Slack for ideation) from 2018-20.
Prior to this, Niall's professional journey encompassed diverse roles. From corporate marketing with Yell to management consulting at Quadrangle. His leadership at Capital Enterprise facilitated support for up to 500 early-stage micro-startup founders in London, steering initiatives like the new entrepreneur scholarship consortia.
Niall played pivotal roles in Bulgarian startups, notably with New Europe Directories from 2006 and later championing US-based Rhythm Engineering and French-based Technofy working with Bulgarian outsourced teams between 2017-19. In 2014, his role in shaping the creative digital launch strategy of Petruth Paddocks Camping helped them rapidly stand out as a market leader, and they were announced UK's best-selling campsite that year.
At Safeguard Global Niall excelled as a global award-winning key account manager, driving the highest account revenue growth in 2021.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Niall's passion project, The Peer Space, emerged in 2018 with the launch of his first international exec peer business dinner space in Sofia.
Outside of work, Niall is a keen amateur musician, enjoys water and winter sports and is a devoted father to two grown-up daughters.
"A hundred thousand welcomes. I could weep and I could laugh. I am light and heavy. Welcome."
